Shoddy workmanship.
Bought this for my granddaughter who lives in a different state than I do. SIX months old. Because she has a large head at 22 pounds, it fit well and looked cute. However, within 5 min she put her hand up, found the bow and was able to pull it completely off the hat with no effort at all. Hat is now deemed junk. Shoddy workmanship. Very disappointed as this was her EASTER hat, which is tomorrow. I suggest using another seller for such an item.
