The best thing about this program is that it allows me to work from anywhere in world, as I am living abroad at present time! It also provides an opportunity for my clients who are located all over India or other countries too; they can easily connect with us via chat window which makes our communication very easy & quick!! There's nothing much negative point of using bessen enterprise but sometimes when i need some help like how many days should be given between two meetings etc., then there will not get any reply within 24 hours (as per their promise).

So please make sure you have enough support staffs working under one roof so we don't face such issues while communicating each others' schedules/dates. Also if your team members aren’t able respond quickly after receiving request than try out different ways before contacting customer care department because most likely its just due lack of resources rather bad service quality.
