I bought these to replace my Monroe Sensa-Trac as I needed more shock clearance to get on the jeep xj and couldn't invest in more expensive shocks . On-road they're smoother than my Sensa-Trac, but off-road these shocks will blow your mind. Because of the bumpy road, I have to step on the brakes to be able to think clearly again. If these are your daily driver hits, then they're great, but stay away from gravel/dirt roads.
