Installation took no more than 10 minutes. I was concerned that the parts would be cheap or small, but it looks like a regular sized playpen to me. I cannot confirm longevity as my eldest son is 4 years old and will not have a new baby until September. The bassinet side issue I've read about doesn't seem to be a problem if you put them in the valves they're supposed to go in. Overall I am very happy with the quality of this product as the price is amazing. Definitely recommend!
