This is a soft foam with a sticky film on one side. If you don't move them, they stick perfectly and stay in place. But like me, you'll need to move them around once a week to access your camera - expect a short lifespan. I gave this 3 stars because the parts I attached (and never removed) to my tablets and phone cameras stayed securely in place for months of regular handling and travel - and when exposed to heat and light moisture. On the other hand, 2 parts that were placed on my Dell XPS permanently lost their grip within the 1st month of use, after carefully removing/replacing them once a week.
