I had very high expectations with this one since I am a huge fan of Frida products. If I were to compare these cooling pads to the ones they give you at the hospital, I must say I choose the hospital kind over Frida. The hospital kind is thinner and cools more and lasts longer. Frida’s cooling pads barely cools. I don’t know if I got a bad batch but this one only cool a bit for the first 2 minutes. In terms of comfort, I felt I was just wearing a VERY thick period pad. When walking with it on, it feels I have a tiny pillow stuck between my legs. It’s very uncomfortable. As far as the absorbency level, it is great. It is soft. The adhesive is okay but overall, I don’t think I’ll buy it again. I’m very disappointed with the product.
