Surprisingly good for amplifiers

Surprisingly good. Expectations from this brand, which is not known for its top quality, were low. However, I am pleasantly surprised. As with many cheaper brands, there seem to be some quality control issues here. The first thing I bought from Amazon was DOA. I returned it and ended up finding a better deal elsewhere so it all worked out. The second worked flawlessly, stayed on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and acted as a multi-zone amplifier connected to my home theater receiver and driving speakers in 4 other rooms/zones. It is very flexible, with 3 different entrances each. speakers and you can operate it as 8 individual speakers or 4 rooms/pairs. The specifications of the amp are clearly way over the top, it certainly can't be an 8000 watt amp, and probably not even an 800 watt amp, but it doesn't have to be, it's loud enough and can easily clip the speaker and blow it up if you let it. . Each speaker has a built in channel volume control but they are rear mounted and cumbersome so this should not be your primary adjustment option, works best with a built in volume control in each room. It's very heavy and generates quite a bit of heat, but it never freezes and the fans work fine even after years of constant use. For the price it really couldn't be better. Even if it were only a few years ago you would probably still be in the money because you could buy 3 or 4 of these for what you would pay for a Russsound, Elan or other comparable system.
