LatentView has been easy to work with so far and their team of data scientists is top-notch! They have done great work for us so far (we're just getting started). I have no downsides to know about. We need an advanced solution to keep track of our customers' analytics across the organization. With LatentView we are able to see everything that is happening in every customer account. - The best part about this software application was that it made sense to all of our employees.- It's easy for those who are not technical as well- There were many features I liked, but nothing in particular stands out from my perspective! We used latent view mostly because we wanted an employee engagement tool like Sharetribe or SurveyMonkey without having full control over what they can do with their data once collected (ease).
