to be outstanding for the price, but with all the adjustments I figured it should fit. I'm a tall guy and not skinny but I have a 32 inch waist and it didn't fit me. Adjusted down to the last eyelet, it barely fit and looked weird sitting on my body. I think it would be ok for a thin person, but if you are a taller or medium sized guy I would look elsewhere. Also, it's easy to return if you don't like the way it fits.
