Review on Optimized Lexmark E260/E36X/E46X Photoconductor Kit by Chris Shields

I ordered the photoconductor kit because there was a series of dots and smudges on the pages coming out of the printer. I have replaced the toner cartridge but the problem persists. Replacing the drum kit completely fixed the problem. However, you will NEVER be able to install it with the minimal instructions and diagrams that come with the kit. In fact, it was one of the most obscure instructions I've ever worked with. I ended up chatting with someone online on the Lexmark website, but it took a while because the final step is to change the number of pages on the printer after installing a new photoconductor kit, and the first instructions she gave me were wrong. Eventually she made a small change to the instructions and everything fell into place. The printer works great now.
