I bought a large size for our 11 lb toy/miniature poodle. The pajamas are very soft inside and out. The legs do not reach all the way to the paw. Slightly longer in the back (buttocks/tail) while her tail is still pulled up/covered in pyjamas. I just keep fixing it so she can keep wagging her tail. This is not very long while interfering with the movement of the bowl. This is the second pair of pajamas I've bought from them and the first pair fits just as well. My baby loves his pajamas. I threw them on the floor. she was immediately enthusiastic, picked them up and brought them to me. I made a hole for her head and she put her head in immediately. She's a small, shivering pup and needs to know that it will help her stay warm. Even if it's a bit long. I highly recommend attaching a picture to show you the length and fit of the leg.
