Reliable, stylish and the most fun gimbal stabilizer I've ever had!

A little background, I work as a media specialist, I shoot photos and videos (mini ads) every day. So I don't really think of anything as "best" because there's always a tool or gadget that will help me get the job done, whether it's a $5,000 gadget or a $20 tool. Still, I needed a smaller gimbal for my GoPro 7 Black. The main stabilizer for my Canon EOS R is Zhiyun Weebill-S, which I really like. Yes, my GoPro 7 looks ridiculous, but since I wanted to use an external battery and external sound (Rode Go Wireless) with filters, I needed this setup. It's a beefy rig for now, but I didn't want to swap my rig between Weebill-S either. My first impression was WOW. The G6 Max feels and looks good. This isn't a cheap $100 plastic stabilizer that has always given me problems. Everything is metal and every detail of this stabilizer screams quality. Not only does it feel so smooth, but I can hold it with my XL hands without any buttons or anything getting in the way. After balancing the GoPro 7, which was very easy, the weight and balance of the gimbal was really good. . This stabilizer can be held all day without feeling like your arm is about to fall off. Of course, this gimbal is designed for small cameras and action cams as well as smartphones, but its size is perfect for travel and easy placement on a table without disassembly. Using a stabilizer is fascinating. The button on the side is very smooth and can be used to tilt, pan and rotate the gimbal with a single press. The sensitivity and speed of the pen can be adjusted, but the electronic response and smoothness are too good to be true. not too heavy but has the right balance to keep your arms and body smooth. Of course, a larger stabilizer means you'll need a little more forearm muscle or some sort of neck strap for long-distance shooting and holding the gimbal all day. Trust me, it's no fun! One of the really cool things about the G6 Max is that the app can do some really useful things on the fly, including a program indicator where you can basically set the gimbal to move in a certain direction. You can curve left to right by 180 etc etc without using the slider. What I mean is that you have even more options at the top of the slider by using different settings in the camera. The torque is really good with this little device. I was surprised at the weight it can handle while still being smooth. If I have to disassemble it, it's very quick. I leave the plate on my GoPro 7 Black but it takes less than 30 seconds to snap the device back into place when I just recalibrate the horizontal balance and I'm done. When I travel, I keep everything in my waterproof Seahorse case, so it's a good companion for my main mirrorless camera. So, by all means, treat yourself to some quality gimbals like this G6 Max for smartphones or mirrorless cameras. You will definitely not regret it. This item is honestly worth more than the price they are asking. And I've used many gimbals to make a fair comparison. As with anything, make sure the weight of your camera doesn't exceed the weight limit, but other than that I highly recommend this gimbal. This is an investment you will not regret!
