We use this pan every day. I love it. So far the non-stick coating is working just as well as it did on the day of purchase (even after every wash in the dishwasher). It seems to distribute the heat really evenly and I've never had anything burn or scorch. We mainly use it in the morning to boil eggs. We had a large electric skillet, but it was so bulky I wanted something that didn't have to sit on the counter all the time. It's quickly becoming my favorite pan and I've been using it lately to cook other dishes like steak, chicken, and veggies. Definitely a great buy.
