This belt is exactly what I was looking for. I like the 2 prongs on the buckle. The strap is very secure and sits nice and straight compared to my previous strap which was always catching and loosening. I wear work trousers with a waist size of 36 and the large belt fits perfectly. My belt has a buckle in the middle of the hole. My only complaint would be that the buckle prongs can be a little long for some. I wear Dickies work pants with a tucked in shirt and t-shirt so I don't notice, but I could see if you wear it with lighter clothing it might stand out. I highly recommend this belt.
