When used in conjunction with a ticketing system, the team was able to see progress and keep on top of issues. There was no way to see what changes had been made without a ticketing system. We have now changed to a ticketing system and this is working much better. We are also using the team management tool. I can now see who is in which team and who is on which ticket. This is very useful when I need to get things done. It is also very useful when I need to know who can help with a ticket. The team management tool was great until we switched to a ticketing system. We are now using the team management tool to keep track of issues.
