The product was really well packaged and had all the parts in there. I gifted it out and didn’t even need to do much in terms of packaging. It’s a little difficult to dip the pen in the ink if you don’t pour out the ink out somewhere first but it’s a really great pen and quite beautiful. (I got it in teal)
