I like the alarm clock, magnet, bottle opener, sufficient cord length, except for the battery saver. The screen keeps dimming, which is a little annoying, but pressing the button returns the number. I bought this product because without it I have to constantly check the temperature by sticking the thermometer probe into the meat. This is not only annoying, but also significantly reduces the efficiency of cooking. The grilling temperature drops quickly, especially when using a gas grill. With this thing, I just set the alarm and wait for it to go off! This saves time and energy. I am planning to buy a charcoal grill for my RV and I think this article will be very useful for that as well. The magnet allows me to place the thermometer screen anywhere on the grill which is a plus.
