I love these headphones! The sound is clearer than any headphones I've bought before and they are very easy to use. They connected to my iPhone without any problems. While I'm sure $200 headphones will sound better, I don't think you can get a bigger budget than these. The battery lasts as long as I need it and uses a very common cable to charge. They're also quite comfortable and don't make my ears itch like most headphones do. That doesn't mean they are perfect. There is currently no online documentation or FAQ, but this is not necessary as the support team is very responsive and friendly. Should there be any quirks with the headphones I was offered a free exchange for a new pair (although this turned out to be an issue with my old laptop, not the headphones). When I contacted them today about one of these quirks (seemingly random switching between English and Chinese), I received a response within an hour explaining how it works (press the middle of the volume button to switch). In short, great. Product, great customer service, not *quite* A+ but at least a solid 5 and as good as it gets for the price.
