I have a garage but so often it is partially full of cars and I have to work in the driveway under the car. I always used a piece of cardboard. My vehicles are also low enough that creepers are impractical. Now I'm wondering why I didn't have a look a few years ago and bought something like this 2 x 4 foot rug to put in my driveway. Doesn't matter. You won't regret this purchase, especially if your knees and back are in their 60s like mine. It's also good knee support when folded in half. You can store it by hanging it on the wall by the handle.
