Review on HOmeLabs Small Dehumidifier Bathroom Closet by Darlene Myles

I bought this dehumidifier for a small second floor hallway that has poor or no ventilation and no HVAC return air. In warm weather, the hallway becomes musky, so this little machine helps remove water and odors from the air. Before purchasing I would recommend comparing the dimensions this unit is designed for with the size of your room. Since my hallway is a bit big for this small unit I should have gotten a bigger dehumidifier but for the price and small size I'm happy with this purchase. Purchasing a larger device comes with trade-offs such as increased power consumption, noise levels, size and cost. It's probably better for a small bathroom or closet as other reviews have suggested. The unit takes days to fill the water tank, is easy to empty and I've had no trouble cleaning it after over 4 months of use. Next door, the fan is audible, but otherwise not audible from the neighboring rooms and it's just a light white noise anyway. The device works exactly as advertised, but I stress that for maximum results it should be used in a room of the recommended dimensions.
