I had to put something on my bedside table to connect to the Sleep Number bed, as well as my lamp, wireless charger, etc. that could be mounted and wasn't bulky. It was perfect for the space I had. One problem I've had with mounting surge protectors is that I can't find a pan head screw and the head is small enough to snap into place. This product came with perfect screws!
