I like that it's easy to integrate with our CRM and we can customize what types of messages we receive in each campaign. The customer service team is fantastic! They are always quick to respond to questions and help you figure out how to get things set up correctly. It's not as customizable as some other platforms, but we're able to tailor the information received from customers for each campaign. We've been able to target specific people within our organization and send them different content depending on their role.
