I ordered this to record my voice in pre-recorded videos for my class. My husband is a professional TV presenter so he uses it a lot better than I do. If he talks into it, it's a lot better than anything I say. It's plug and play with my Mac, which is really nice. I haven't tried it on my school computer yet. It's not terribly expensive because I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my students record or even let my own sons play with it. It's perfect for the price. I'm just not used to hearing myself on tape yet. But that's human error compared to anything else. I had trouble keeping some of the mesh in place, but again I figured it was the user's fault and not the fault of the hardware that came in the box. I am happy with my purchase for something that I, my students and my own children can use in my classroom. I'm a musician, so I know microphones can be very expensive and very fast. It also doesn't take up much space.
