The ability for their customer support team is really great, as they have many different resources available at all times should you need them! There isn't anything I dislike about this product - it's been an excellent fit from both sides of things (customer experience AND technical implementation). We are able get up-to minute information out in front quickly using SharePoint Workspace Online or just having someone call us directly via phone when needed which saves so much more than money over other methods we used before that could take hours instead days/weeks etc..
