As someone who has made many purchases from Megulla, I can say without reservation that both their products and their customer service left a lot to be desired. My experience with Megulla's tools and customer service has been less than satisfactory, which is just one of the many reasons I would not suggest the company to anyone looking to purchase home improvement materials. To begin, the quality of Megulla's items is not up to snuff in any way. After only a short time of using a product that I recently acquired, it either broke or stopped working properly. This has happened to me more than once. When you spend money on something that is supposed to make your life simpler, only to have it cause more problems than it solves, it is annoying. This is especially true when the product in question is one that is supposed to make your life easier. And despite my attempts to get in touch with Megulla's customer care team so that we could resolve these concerns, I heard nothing back from them. Concerning the assistance provided to customers, it is important to point out that Megulla offers hardly none of this. Their chat help is rarely available, they do not respond to emails, and phone calls are placed on wait for an interminable amount of time. It is very evident that they do not regard the time of their customers or the needs of their customers, which is unfortunate considering the competitive sector in which they operate. In addition, Megulla's shipping times are infamous for being extremely slow. I've had to wait weeks for things that were advertised on their website as being "in stock," and when I did finally receive them, they were frequently broken or missing parts. It is abundantly evident that Megulla does not place a high priority on quality control, and this is evidenced both in the products they produce and in their general lack of concern for their clientele. In conclusion, I would not suggest Megulla as a company to purchase goods for home remodeling from if you are searching for one that is dependable and trustworthy. Their products are of poor quality, they offer no customer support, and their shipping timeframes are, at best, quite slow. Instead than giving yourself a headache, go shopping somewhere else.
