I was up and running within seconds of receiving it. It is made of durable plastic and has two mounting holes on the back. The reset button is actually part of the power button. I've found that many surge protectors are now made this way. It easily organizes all types of cords for household appliances in the kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, coffee grinder, blender, etc.). I made a wooden stand for it to elevate it above the tabletop. I like the short 2 foot cord. The surge protector doesn't take up much space and works. I plan to order a few more to keep in my garage and on my workbench. It's a winner and the price is great too. Can I recommend it to someone else? This is a great product at a great price and it works. What do you think?
