Review on CDI Torque TCQJD16A Ratchet 2 Inch by Rodney Bullock
CDI and Snap On are not the same.
The tool I received was very comfortable. I have a CDI 100NMIMH torque wrench. Although the CDI latch on the ratchet heads is nearly identical. They just modified them enough that the latch on the ratchet doesn't fit the CDI torque wrench. And vice versa. The difference is in the diameter of the J-shanks. The bolt shank is smaller than the CDI shank. An easy way to tell the difference is that the latch is printed on the tool with QJD16A. The CDI has TCQJD16A stamped on the tool. Contacted support twice for an exchange. Didn't get a call back. So I decided to return the product. Although toolmakers know what they've done. Looks like we need to investigate.
