Stunning durable and low profile design!
Good solid and low profile construction that doesn't take up much room in my utensil drawer. Most apple knives have handles that stick out in the air and take up too much storage space. Qualitatively comparable to Pampered Chef. The metal is a little less "noble" than my Pamper Chef slicer, but just as durable and costs three times as much.
