There will come a day when the bolt just won't come out, the corners of those previously clean hexagons are rounded and the head is a barely visible pile of rust. Such was the case with the screw that attached my 2003 Civic's battery box to the engine bay. I lost hope of ever finding it out because it didn't look like a bolt anymore. But I just hooked up the matching extractor from this kit to my cordless drill and after a light push and moderate throttle opening it popped up. Driver. Luckily the screw I tested it with didn't require me to pry out an air screwdriver, but it came close. The steel appears to be of good quality. There aren't many instructions, but they are packaged for consumer use. Hopefully you'll never need them, but they'll give you a chance when you need it.
