I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and packaging. This is by far the cheapest mounting option, but it is definitely not cheap in terms of quality. 80 something may seem expensive, but other options are much more expensive. Monstertech costs over $100 plus $30-$40 shipping plus waiting time for shipping and delivery. other options are just as expensive. I compared this to my Virpil mount which costs about $20 more. While Virpil makes a good mount, it's cheaper, you'll get it quicker, supports more sticks and chokes than Virpil, and even comes with instructions (surprisingly, Virpil doesn't. Although you probably won't need it anyway), it's the same Sturdy as a swivel, the only downside is that it doesn't go as low as a swivel length mount. He's holding my warthog stranglehold like it weighs nothing. I cannot recommend this mount enough. It also includes a Thrustmaster multifunction display mount.
