Review on 🚲 ICOCOPRO Universal Bike Cargo Rack: 110 LB Capacity Touring Carrier with Fender & Quick Release Adjustable Luggage Rack by Kevin Henry

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Continuous. Poor side strap/protection/arms. Drives up. Check cable routing.

EDIT: The side rails (to keep bags and such from swinging on your bike) are quite short so many basket bags can't be attached to them including mine. They are also not made at right angles to the rack itself, they are very difficult to install but they are not secured with fasteners so who knows if they will ever pop out due to an impact. There is also no option to mount a rear light, only this nifty reflector. The levers had to be set at an extreme angle to clear the cables for the rear brakes and derailleur, and the angle of my dropouts didn't help in that regard. The design of the A-pillar makes it taller than most fixed mount struts, resulting in a noticeable reduction in stability. I use racks and bags on most of my bikes, so this hit me right away. The installation also took some time. If you don't have enough solder for the post then this is an option but I'm disappointed in my purchase mainly because of the side tires. UPDATE: I have returned this item. I tried it on three bikes and they all had problems. The side tires were so bad when they were first installed that my basket bags wobbled on the spokes, causing the cassette to skip teeth a few times (oops!). Unfortunately, if you have a derailleur or brake cable running along the dropouts, you won't be able to install it. I had this problem on two other bikes I tried installing this on. The third bike, a fat bike, has a very thick seatpost and the front clamp comes loose on its own. Three strikes and I decided to return it. The good news is that if you have a fat bike and need a rack for it, it will clean 4" tires. Just watch out for the cables.
