The vacuum the company provided me with was something I along with three others had for Frankenstein. It didn't have the long extension cord I needed and it was loud as hell. I always had to warn customers and apologize. In the end I decided to buy it. I was amazed at the volume this unit produces. This is by far the quietest toner vacuum I've used in the last three decades! Everything else works as it should. It has very good suction power and can of course be used for many household/car tasks, not just for copiers. Improvements I'd like to see: I've been using this physical construction for years and the latches and hinges have NEVER lasted for years, eventually necessitating the purchase of a bungee cord or two. I would like the manufacturer to reinforce them as these are the only weak points in a very effective and functional tool!
