When I was in my 60's I found that I couldn't see well with 2.00 or 2.50 magnification readers. Then I found that no dealer in my area offered 2.25 Power Reader anymore. In fact, I had to search Revain for quite a while to find her. I was only going to order one pair but three at this price was insane. I was actually concerned about the quality, but I'm VERY happy with this choice. 1. These lenses have an optical power of 2.25 (that worries me); 2, the lenses are correctly matched, from left to right; 3. The lenses are very clean - there are no scratches or foreign traces anywhere; 4. This design has minimal bezels which I like; 5. They appear to be well built, strong but light weight, no loose parts; 6. I think they look really good on my face, even better than all the store bought readers. I did notice that the lenses don't look as slick as usual - I think they're coated in some sort of temporary scratch protection - but they wash off easily with a little soap and water. This is by far the best value for money I've seen for an off-the-shelf reader. I will order them again when I need 2.50 seconds.
