If only I had a pair of these in computer class. I'm amazed at how my eyes have changed since wearing them. Now I don't have to carry eye drops, not to mention I have fewer headaches. I blamed my contacts for both problems. These glasses have no distortion. They are comfortable to wear and light in weight. The information on these lenses states that the yellow tint reduces glare. After trying them with my laptop, tablet and phone; I had to test them outside... with no glare. I take a pair for outdoor use where I often take my sunglasses off to look at things. While sunglasses reduce glare, they also make everything much darker. What surprised me about using these glasses was comparing the three screen types with and without glasses. These screens actually emit blue light, similar to that of a fluorescent light.
