I bought this (AZO) to use on my Mac. Works perfectly! Then I bought it again for my PC. You will not burn. I tried three different recording apps. I used a Verbatim CD that's a few years old and it worked. So I thought maybe it was just a bad batch. I exchanged them. And while I was waiting I thought maybe my internal DVD would get damaged although Windows and Nero didn't find a problem but I bought an external DVD burner just in case. Got replacement panels. Again, they are not recorded with an internal DVD burner. Plugged into a new portable DVD recorder... it recorded. I tried to play it and it got a green screen, but when I fast forward there's a frame until I go back to play and it's green again. I tried burning a few more AZO DVDs but the new DVD drive said it had data in it and needed to be erased. I still have one of those 5 year old Verbatim DVDs (not an AZO DVD) and I put it in the internal DVD and it burns just fine. I have now returned this AZO for the second time. I read all these reviews this morning and saw a post about an issue with AZO. So I just looked at the old Verbatim that just worked and they aren't AZO. They only say Verbatim DVD-R. That's a problem... AZO not working with Windows hardware? (They work fine on MAC but don't record on Windows).
