The platform is great for sourcing from multiple places. We can have our posts in LinkedIn and Facebook and send them straight to BIR that then brings through suitable candidates.The tool allows you to check your performance across each stage of interview process. It's very easy to use because it has drag-and-drop features which allow us to edit questions and create new ones without having to navigate the website. I don't like its design as well as there aren't any icons or visual cues to identify what function we are using at that moment. Sourcing and recruitment from different sources such as LinkedIn Groups. The best part is its simplicity of use. It's easy to create a profile and upload resumes. You can also easily search for candidates by location or skillset. I like how you can see who viewed your profile. Not much to dislike but I wish you could add custom questions to your profile. We have been using this service in my company for about 4 years now and it has never let us down. We are able to find qualified candidates in a short amount of time.
