Thank God who invented them! They are SO helpful for carpal tunnel or other neuropathy. If your wrists/hands are engulfed in burning/tingling or searing pain, electric shocks/lightning strikes or whatever, this is the miracle you are looking for. They enable pain-free and drug-free sleep. I adjust them as loosely as possible and use them upside down (put my hand on the wrong end so the thumb hole is on the wrist and keep my hand in the brace instead of sticking the end out as intended) and the pain subsides. enough to get some sleep. In the event of a failed carpal tunnel surgery, the pad inside puts enough pressure on the wrist to keep the pain in a dull thump. I'll buy a replacement set just in case. I also use them on the right side when the wrist pain is not out of reach. They are meant for sleeping, not carrying as they are quite bulky. But I wore them during the day when nothing else worked. I wouldn't try to do anything with them that requires finesse. They are warm and also relieve arthritis pain in the hands. - Simply adjust the Velcro and wear them inside out or not until you find the right fit for you. One mount fits both left and right hands - no need to buy two if you don't have reversible wrist sensors. Best buy ever.
