Looks crisp, but to me it's gear

I'm giving a few stars because it looks crisp and works. But I wouldn't recommend it and I see some obvious inconsistencies between the detail page and the product itself. This is not a touchscreen, there is no screen. Simple touch controls - on/off and 3 fan speeds. I did not find an ionizer in the block. Maybe they call blue light an ionizer. It's also possible there's a very small one in there that I can't find. You should be able to smell the ions, but I can't. In any case, a decent ionizer draws at least 50-100 watts, and this entire unit draws only 24 watts, which is enough for a fan and lighting. So if an ionizer is in there, it's so insignificant that it won't do much. There was no instruction manual in the box. There is no label on the cord indicating UL, voltage, polarity, etc. US requirement. There is a sticker with the CE mark on the back of the device. Claims to be a HEPA filter but there is no label on the filter to indicate this. According to the HEPA website, the rating of a true HEPA filter will be clearly stated on the box or packaging. There is no way to turn off the light. I don't like the square of fabric on the front and back of the device. This square of fabric collects dust and cannot be cleaned. The plastic case is quite flimsy and flimsy. If it is intended for a desk or coffee table, it should have a handle so that it can be moved easily. It's not like this. It may have a small ionizer and a blue/green/red light to indicate air quality, although I've only seen light blue regardless of the environment or amount of dust. As far as I can tell it's just a small filter in front of a small fan. You could achieve better air filtration by attaching an oven filter to a fan. It looks neat, but I have too many problems. this is my passport
