Handlebar clip is so large clearly not intended for use on real handlebars. So the "constructor" contains three scrap spacers and you need to balance with these scrap and the clip to secure the device. You can't, of course, because on a typical 7/8" handlebar, the trimmings pile up so high that they squeeze or slip out from under the clamp with every vibration. The clamp itself is secured with a 3mm nut that dangles in the clamp. "fixed" and expect to find yourself searching the garage floor for a bit if it falls out ("the designer" was too lazy to glue the nut to the clamp, too). Test the USB Charger because the mount was so useless I gave up the whole mess.
