Review on 🔒 LIBERTY 942405 Soft Close 24 Inch Ball Bearing by Jason Vigil

I bought 20 pairs of these drawers because I have used them on another project in the past, i bought 24 - inch slides and installed them in a 35" deep cabinet (flush with the front). I attached the other 1/2 slide to the 24 1/4" long drawer and slid it in. Pull stops about 6 inches (does not close fully). Now I've broken 4 slides out of 40 (20 pairs) and they still don't fully seat. I might be missing something very simple but used before with no problems. Any idea 1) how to contact the seller 2) get the slide working properly and go all the way 3) get a replacement for the 4 slides which are now broken. At the moment there are maybe 6, but of course not yet
