They are reliable and working as expected. must be supplied with more washers and more lock washers. In addition, 2 mounting dowels would be nice. One is under the elevator and the other is upstairs. I think this will fix it up better and give it a nice finished look. I can't imagine you would want to install the brackets without at least using washers on each side. The only other problem I had was finding a good seat. to mount it. I wanted to get on the bumper, but there was nothing in the way. Unfortunately, standard Jeep bumpers are mostly made of plastic. So, for my taste, the best I could do was put it on the front bumper. I like where it's installed and I'm generally happy with the product.
