Safe for humans but not for cats.

I couldn't find the ingredients anywhere on the product page, as it said it's safe for pets I bought it. Bergamot, citronella, pelargonium, cymbopogon, lemon oils are toxic to cats. There are 2 others that cause skin irritation. This product is probably safe for dogs, I haven't done any research.
