Review on Ungapped by Sean Maile

I like how easy it is to use this tool! It's very intuitive - even if you're not tech savvy at all (like myself). The survey questions are great because they get right into what customers want/need from their website or app experience without being too intrusive. You don't have as much control over who gets surveyed than other platforms but maybe thats something people will be okay giving up? We've been able to see which pages users tend to visit most frequently in order to better prioritize content creation efforts there vs elsewhere.
