Installed today - very pleased with the look! I followed the instructions and everything went as it was said. Foil without a substrate is not difficult to handle. One thing I did, but wasn't specifically instructed to do, was when cutting the film I held the edge of the squeegee and placed the blade between it and the edge of the window. This kept the film flat and in place and created a good groove for the cut line. I was wondering why I couldn't just cut a piece to the exact size, but now I see that it's easier to cut a half inch piece than a 1/8 inch piece if you need to cut at all . Also, I bought a $9 Rabbitgoo install kit to make sure I have the right tools for this app. For me this was a good move, although not critical if you already have things. Now I just have to see how it handles the morning sun and winter temperatures.
