For the past five years I've installed at least three monitors and multiple cameras on my diesel linkage in search of the perfect solution for backup and blind spot cameras. The latest was a 7-inch monitor with camera switching. For normal operation, the reading view was a wide-angle fuse, which worked well. The switch switched left or right depending on the turn signal. This setup was certainly sufficient, but not ideal. This new 9" monitor is THAT. I have now bypassed my switch and connected the camera to the monitor on the same line 1, 2 and 3. The monitor has user selectable views for 4 cameras. I choose screen ⁸ top and side for 2 and 3 cameras.Now I always have about 220 degrees of coverage while driving.Photo doesn't show wide top and split bottom.However,this is indeed the best orientation for an RV application.I can hardly expect to take to the streets.
