Perfect πŸ§€ 🍰cheesecake my 1st attempt!

I love that this pan is NOT COATED WITH USELESS & HARMFUL CHEMICALS! I love that it worked/s & cleans easily/beautifully. 🍰 released like a dream. Perfect (organic & keto/sugar free) cheesecake! My 1st attempt was shared for the holidays. It was so good, & EASY(!), I made a 2nd one just for us, a few days later. IDK why cheesecake is alleged as a formidable opponent for some. I really only bake several times a year & found it a breeze. πŸ— tips: make sure you line bottom with parchment &/or grease, (I forgot grease the 1st time, but it wasn't a problem. I presume due to my butter, sweetener & pecan [only] crust), make sure all your ingredients are room temp, double wrap your pan in foil & of course- set in a water bath to cook inside of a roasting pan filled with boiling water, half way up. My cheesecake DID NOT CRACK, but it certainly was addictive like crack. I removed it from the oven at the lower end of the cooking time guided. They say jiggly in middle, which initially caused confusion. They mean- it's jiggly all over, less & 'bout an inch around circumference. An extra 10 min the 1st time, circling this confusion with YouTube, & it still was πŸ’―! Thrilled I bought this excellent cake pan.
