With the software to download there is no information on the best settings to get the duration from 5-10 as advertised and the tracker signal will change a lot and you really need a GPS signal or it uses a covered cell tower which gave me a wrong idea of where my car was. I tried calling support but the person had no idea what I was talking about, even on their website there is no information. I wish they had better support, maybe because it was 4pm PDT Saturday afternoon, but now. This product lacks setup information and learns the software on the fly. There is no list of opening hours.
