If frost has formed inside the freezer, this is probably the solution. I was a little suspicious of the cause of the frost in my freezer because the existing gasket looked fine and seemed to seal when the door was closed. After several months of removing frost from the inside of the door, I decided to buy this seal - cheaper than calling customer service! The seal was perfect and solved the problem immediately. BEST TIP: Watch an independent installation video on Youtube before you start. There were no sealing instructions.
