After reading a few reviews I found that some people were upset that the pull wasn't strong. I liked the style of the product so thought there might be a solution to the cavity on the back of the handle. I filled the cavity with wood spatula using a utility knife. I filled it about halfway or 3/4 and let it steep for 48 hours and then filled to the end. With the sharp edge of a utility knife I cut off the excess filler, smoothed it out with the curve of the train, waited a few more days and used 220 grit sandpaper to give it a smooth finish. That helped. You can't see the filler after traction is installed, and it feels solid. That's the reason for the 4 stars - because it took a little work!
