Not all magnetic charging cables can be connected to all "plugs". In the picture I posted you can see the 2 plugs that came with the charging cables from AS. They are incompatible. If your phone has the connector pictured below, you will not be able to charge it using the cables pictured above, and the reverse is also true. You must have the right plug that fits the right cable. I tried ordering additional cables, even from the same brand, and they were NOT compatible. I don't know how you can tell that. Because of this, I sent a lot back. You switch to this system so you don't have to plug or unplug your phone. Replacing plugs makes no sense.
